Michael Argyrides
Founder, ICF Life & Wellness Coach
My name is Michael, and I am a life and wellness coach specializing in personal development. As a former professional soccer player, blood cancer survivor, and stem cell transplant recipient, my life has been shaped by adversity, resilience, and growth. I founded Path to Becoming to create the kind of space I once needed and to help others strengthen and develop their mindset with clarity and intention.
Who I Support:
Boys & Men - I understand the unique and complex challenges boys and men face when it comes to vulnerability, and seeking support.
Cancer Survivors - As a cancer survivor, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals navigating the physical, emotional, and mental demands of their journey.
Athletes - Drawing from my professional and personal experience, I help athletes enhance their game through mindset performance training.

Amalia Kontolemos
Co-founder, BSW
My name is Amalia and I hold a Bachelor of Social Work. I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I am deeply passionate about mental health awareness and supporting others in achieving personal growth.
I bring several years of experience working in the developmental sector, where I developed and implemented skills-based programs and provided direct support to youth and their families. As a former varsity athlete, I also bring lived experience from the world of performance and competitive sport - shaping my understanding of mindset and resilience.
My work within Path to Becoming focuses on non-clinical educational programming and advocacy initiatives.
